CD14 is a novel therapeutic target for treating cancer. The inhibition of CD14 on cancer stem cells could directly inhibit the growth of cancer stem cells as an anti-cancer therapeutic approach. The CD14 antagonist could also combine with immune checkpoint inhibitors to tackle cancers ynergistically. (2)The patent is owned by National Taiwan University. Oneness has been exclusively authorized to use this patent and to manufacture, use and sell the products of this invention. |
