ON101 cream showed superior efficacy in Wagner grade 2-3 hard-to-heal diabetic foot ulcer combined with infection, peripheral artery disease, and large ulcer or dialysis patients. This case series has been published in the SCI journal, Journal of Wound Care. The article is available online in Journal of Wound Care: https://www.magonlinelibrary.com/doi/abs/10.12968/jowc.2023.0318 (2.)In this post-marketing case series, 10 patients with Wagner grade 2–4 ulcers who had undergone surgical debridement, sequestrectomy, or vascular reconstruction were downgraded to Wagner grade 2–3 ulcers, with wound areas ranging from 1 to 66 cm2. After treatment with ON101, 9 patients achieved ulcer healing within 14–126 days. Only 1 patient did not achieve healing due to uncontrolled severe osteomyelitis prior to treatment; however, the ulcer still demonstrated well-developed granulation tissue formation with complete coverage of the exposed Achilles tendon.
